The film occupies virtually "zero" volume and helps to conserve valuable airspace. The technology also reduces operating cost and saves valuable soil resources.
EPI has two main categories of degradable films:
- For landfills, EPI’s degradable film is called Enviro Cover. Enviro Cover is used as an alternative daily cover in the landfills.
- For baling sites, EPI’s degradable stretch film is called Enviro Wrap. Enviro Wrap is used as a bale wrap to contain the waste right at the baling process.
EPI's degradable films are distributed solely by EPI's licensed waste management agents and distributors.
