Vancouver-based EPI Environmental Technologies Inc. (“EPI”) wil=

showcased as a leading Canadian representative of “Urban Best
Practices” at the World Expo in Shanghai, China.

objectives of the Vancouver trade mission are to promote business content a=

opportunity matching. EPI aim=

leverage the opportunity to identify additional agents and distributors in

with leading Chinese scientists to discuss how its technology causes plasti=
cs
to biodegrade as a solution to the growing worldwide problem of plastic was=
te.
The
World Expo is held every 5 years. In
1986, Vancouver hosted the world during Expo ’86. This year in Shanghai, the World E=
xpo is
expected to draw 70 million visitors.
Vancouver is one of 3 North American cities to host a pavilion at Ex=
po
2010. The theme is the livabi=
lity
and sustainability of “green” communities in the urban core.
